    So tempted to get the 3a for £69.99 - it has the promise of unlimited picture backup - although it has occurred to me it may only relate to actual pictures either taken by the 3a or match the pixel size - I was planning to use the unlimited storage for my picture collection taken with other devices - does any know if I could back them up via this as well?

    Hope this helps.

    You can set up automation to send all pictures to the Pixel for free upload. If it's a one-off, just copy them across manually onto the Pixel.

    Battery replacement for the 3a and XL is only £25 from ismash, whoop whoop!

    BTW, if you are planning on installing Pixel Experience to put unsupported models onto Android 13, note that Google Pay is not currently working. I believe a fix has been identified by the ROM community though, so fingers crossed!

    Might as well do the battery replacement yourself if needed, don't think iSmash are that great - think they are franchised and quality of work extremely variable from own limited experience and what others said in another thread.

    Was thinking about buying one of these to use as a cheap Music Player but they do not have expandable storage to fit my music library on. 64GB just is not enough nowadays. Yes I have spotify and such on my Galaxy S21, but want a cheap phone to use as a music player for when I go places camping that has poor or no signal and so cannot use phone data to stream music.

    Just buy a dedicated HiFi MP3 player. Plenty on Amazon that have good ratings, great battery life, TF card slots and cost around what you'd pay for a used phone.

    CalyxOS 4.6.0 - February 2023 Security update is now available for the Pixels 3 - 7

    End-of-life: The Pixels 4 XL, 4, 3a XL, 3a, 3 XL, 3 are no longer being updated by Google, so the CalyxOS releases for these devices only contain the fixes to the open source components, such as the OS code and the Linux kernel. Proprietary components such as the bootloader, modem firmware, and other firmware no longer get updates.

    Android 13, locked bootloader, secure banking app works.

    In all impressive for £69.99 for a Google Pixel 3 that still gets updates.

    Hi. Just received my 128GB 3xl this evening. Few very light scratches on the screen. Have to hold at the right angle to see them. Back is almost perfect. Bubble wrap packaging. Charging cable included. Device test certificate showing what passed and if anything failed. 7% charge. Android 12.

    Says battery health 100 but not sure how to check this? Anyone pls?

    It’s been a while since I used Android o/s.
