Good deal. Had one of these for last five years, makes easy work of my wild field. Paid much more than this. Built like a tank. Good that they're providing 4ah batteries now, mine came with 2ah, which is still enough for my needs. They should provide more than enough power for a lot of continuous mowing. Charge pretty quickly too, and third party batteries aren't expensive and are just as good if you wanted to source more.

I have a older version of this & have the full kit, strimmer, hedge trimmer, leaf blower etc ( I won’t say the price I paid as got it with a substantial family discount), it is now 5 years old & has suffered 4 house moves & it is still perfect, batteries haven’t suffered at all. Blade needs a sharpen, but that’s just lazy maintenance Really good product & brand

Got this for ~£450 at the start of the season, impressed with it so far. It's often not appreciated how much more expensive a wider cutting area mower is

    This or robo lawnmower?

If you're prepared to put the effort in with burying the wires (with the redq fixing) I'm led to believe that a robot will meet most people's needs.

I went in this direction instead as I have 2 lawns, both ridiculously complex flower bed wise so really didn't want to invest the upfront time and money in a robot

How's this deal with wetter and taller grass? Is 48V enough? Was looking at EGO before but would rather same some pennies

Seemed plenty powerful enough with my first cut but that was dry from memory. Ive done a cut when it's wet and it cut fine but not both at the same time
