Helenas Studios give you a home from home in a peaceful patch of Kefalonia.

This place is tucked away in a quiet part of southern Kefalonia. The airport’s only five minutes’ drive away, so you’ll get from the plane to the pool in no time. Plus, you can reach Avithos Beach in around the same time – it’s popular for its clear water and soft, honey-hued sand. You’ll be able to cool off in the hotel’s outdoor pool, which is a roomy number surrounded by a grassy, palm-dotted garden. It’s got its own bar on hand for drinks and snacks, which also doubles up as the reception desk.

The pool’s a roomy, square-edged number lined with sunloungers. Palm trees and parasols add plenty of shade, and there’s a pretty, grassy garden for more tanning space.
