    This isnt a deal. Its been this price for the last 6-7months. 4.19 is regular price.

    Cheapest its been is in a year is £3.18

    Maybe if you were lucky and quick with your fingers you could have gotten it for below 87p

    if you want a real deal then check out this older High5 deal. 23.84 but you have to buy it in a pack of 8 tubes which brings the price down to around £3 per tube. Granted not every flavour is priced as low but something is better than nothing and it still serves the same purpose.

    I'm also aware that the other deal lacks caffeine but there are many ways to supplement that either before or mid activity. i.e a coffee before you start, coffee stops or maybe a snack bar or two that contains caffeine

    ::EDIT::

    Actually my math was wrong. it was £2.98 per tube in the other deal not £3. (edited)

    500ml - 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt (£1.65), 3 teaspoons of lemon juice or squash (£1.25). That’s your electrolytes drink for the whole year. Add 2-4 tablespoons of dissolved sugar (£1) for a homemade sports drink. (edited)

    I've just started making my own energy gels and a tailwind inspired drink to see me through ultra training and it's significantly cheaper without compromising on effectiveness

    Why does it say Zero caffeine and then tells us it’s got 75mg of it
