    You lose minerals like potassium and sodium when exercise and sweat, you also lose vitamin c,
    so it’s always a good idea to put back what you lose to maintain a balance.
    you can of course replenish those vitamins and minerals through your diet,

    It's a good product, and it isn't expensive in the scheme of things. People say you can just drink squash but even that can be £2 a bottle. And this is much more practical for filling your bottles when on the go.
    However, this is merely an OK price. B&M have 10s for £2, and the SIS equivalent often comes in less on one of their many sales.
