    It's a marketing term for rear lighting the LEDs rather than edge lite, but not as good as full array local dimming

    Anyone know if this has full array local dimming or just a direct backlight? Not clear from the specs which makes me think no FALD.

    I did, it's excellent.
    Also has local dimming and HDMI 2.1, the Hisense does not.
    Plus it's Android (with the Play store), far better than VIDAA.

    If you're not in a hurry for one, the Hughes/AO ebay stores have them and they usually go for less than £400 when the usual ebay codes come around.

    Certainly a better TV than the Hisense (TCL usually are).

    Is this TCL deffo local dimming as can't see that anywhere. Want a TV and don't want to pay the earth for a TV. It's currently £413 with code at Hugh's eBay
