sorted byOffsets can produce some of the best lo&slo but the really good ones cost close to a grand. You can buy better than this if you have some extra cash and willing to do a few mods to it, like the

Obviously if looking to practice and £70 is your budget give this ago, but don't think of it as a long term investment for this style of cooking imho (edited)
