@Bini786 thanks. Did they have any flooring on offer? (nerd) (party)
Hmmm... I can think of a much simpler solution... Just move house from number 6 to a number 9 address.
Turn your door upside down - problem solved!
...or Ps? Or fork handles? Classic.
Just what I needed. I've always wanted to change my house number. I hate being a 66.
Ask them to close the Glasgow shop down!
Anybody else have a store near hem which is closing?
Exeter one has had sale on for at least a week now
Homebase in London Acton is also closing on 21 Sep. All stocks are reduced.
My local Homebase closed down a month or so back, but all the stock is bought by a specialist company, be careful, because some items they put the price up on first, then add the discount. That said there are some very good deals to be had, hardware went up to 50% off within 2weeks, power tools went to 30% off before they all started going. Personally, I'd wait at least a week before you buy anything, as my local store always changed the discount levels on a Wednesday. My store also shut in 5 weeks of the closing down sale starting. What's left on the last day is up for 99% off
Seems a good price OP, have some heat. Though I'd be surprised if that spray gun lasted till the end of Autumn.
absolutely tiny and not suitable for any bird to keep in permanently.
Seems cruel to keep a bird in such a tiny thing.
Me too, up voted too soon. Cruel
This is in the Peterbrough outlet ;) ;)
I was suprised when i read the packaging aswell lol
I purchased one in the Hessle store on Friday, scanned at £35 but price matched it to the online price of £25. Also had tins of protector to put on them for £8.
I’ve just realised it’s available online at Homebase as well, and apparently the original price was £44.99. Regardless, £25 is a bargain to me....I’ve wanted one of these for ages and wouldn’t pay full price :D
Never had one of these that hasn't cracked. Good price though.
loads in Peterborough outlet
Homebase are now closing a number of stores so there will be clearance bargains available. Has not said where the stores are yet, but unfortunately another DIY retailer closes stores.
Loads in Warrington store. Thanks OP
Store(s) specific. None in Homebase Osterley. They did have the 'twin interlocking' variety for £8.10(!). For £3, if you can find the store(s) that have them, the triple version is a great deal.
Got 2 sets of 3 boxes, 6 boxes in total in PETERBOROUGH for the princely sum of £6.20..jobs a gudden
Great price, thanks OP. These are £10+ everywhere else pretty much.
Ford never built a Razzle, did they?
seem a good price, heat added
Hahaha that’s even more old school! Takes me back to my childhood that
Still looking in hedges for Fiesta, Razzle and Escorts muffs
Bargain! We reserved ours for collection and homebase rang to let us know it was a display model - extra 10% off, when my partner arrived they had trouble getting one of the bolts out so he haggled and got it for £17... it’s sturdy and plenty strong enough for us ! Absolutely love it.
Not sure will hold two heavy adults, I'm 75kg and when I tried it today in Homebase was a little wobbly...didn't really trust it sit on it too long (would be embarrassing to break it in store ...) You definitely only get what you pay for. Likewise with the garden table that I picked up today felt flimsy and light enough for strong wind to catch it...but for £50 including the bench it wasn't too bad. I'm going to buy some treated wood to try reinforce it then treat with oil and hopefully will last. Anyone going for this don't over expect and consider some modification/treatment to it
its £30 will hold 2 overweight people no probs, will last for years if looked after ie cover or put in shed/garage during winter,a bit of linseed oil on it before you put it away for winter and again in spring if it's needed after bringing it out. Garden furniture is "NOT" just meant to be left outside all year long with no protection.
Cheap, looks cheap, looks like it'll behave cheap. Looks like a wobbly mo fo
I bought a single solar light about 5 years ago which has a similar AA rechargeable battery inside (not been replaced yet) and it works all year around. The light is located on my shed in my garden and theres a small tree in my garden covering it from the sun.
We have these in our garden - really nice lights, think I paid £10 which was already a good price - I’d recommend them.
If you wish
Pop in a standard AA alkaline battery
Jumbuck Tripod? He made some great movies
Thanks, needed a new one for some coals, but picked up the more durable portable one for the same price, it was in the list at the bottom from your link :-)
Had a few of these - It is a throw away BBQ :S
BBQ for a fiver needs highlighting(party)
Bought! Most stores are out of stock now
Picked one up this eve. Looks good for £50. As others have said it's not that heavy duty but looks great for the price. Reckon it should last a few years if looked after. Going in the shed til next year. Looks to be about 8 left at craigleith in edinburgh
Excellent idea like the sound that and my hubby is really good at DIY - sounds like a project! Thanks!
Cheap for a reason 1yr guarantee but at £50 it would suit some for light use for a year or 2.
I have this, but to be honest, its pretty awful, the small holder for coals sits far too low, i actually put in a metal dish i got some chicken fillets in to rise it up alot.
Good price - similar buckets in Sains are £10
Yes I grabbed one today whilst I was getting a spit roast (ooo.. Eeeerrrr) couldn't resist it for a fiver(the BBQ not the spit roast!)
Just had a bbq a few hours ago :)
yes but it may be difficult and a bit dirty to do once you have used
Is this easily dismantled I was thinking of getting one to take camping
Saw this in store and its too small. Size does matter
Cold not a Webber Mastertouch 57. Oh who am I kidding that costs at least 12x more.
Picked up 2 earlier but there both different 1 has a charcoal bowl the other a tray still great for a fiver
I bought one of these about 4 weeks ago. No problem for 2. Paid £6 for mine, even better deal for you!
ordered THANX Op HEAT
:D I’ve one of these too! Bought from homebase about 3 years ago (it was called the Houston bbq then I think) Bought for a single use camping trip but ended up taking it home and reusing it several times. It’s great. Tip, cover the bottom with strong tin foil to extend the life
I need a bbq for 2, is it any good? https://www.homebase.co.uk/jumbuck-tripod-charcoal-bbq_p405848
Depends how big the pig is. You can fit a pug on it quite comfortably
Loads available in Edinburgh. Before I collect it, are these the size to do a suckling pig or are they too small?
Did they taste good (y)
Actually here in Greece at easter its a heath robinson rig made from a windscreen washer motor which seems to spit roast the goats a real treat! The Greek Gods appear well chuffed!
https://www.homebase.co.uk/jumbuck-rondo-charcoal-spit-roaster-bbq_p375168 I think HB web had some erroneous price updates yesterday, I saw loads in-store in Biggleswade yesterday - the price is £40 again on the website today. I was looking at chairs & tried to collect some Fri but couldn't get there due to an accident. Web price £20. On Saturday, web price for the chair was £74.25. In-store, ticketed at £30. This morning, web price is £20 again. No wonder they're struggling as a company.
This has a very good price! https://www.homebase.co.uk/lightware-400-led-solar-string-lights_p412063 Similar item but only 120 lights for 6-7£ in B&M
Oops, yes sorry probably me trying to get a quick bargain without reading properly
Hi I thought the fact that it says childrens would imply that ?? LOL
Worth a look but you should make it clear that item in main picture is a children's table and chairs so will be small
Heat & thanx for adding the links (y)
So I have been chasing homebase on my order. They are wanting to offer a refund as they dont think they can get them. So annoyed. I said I would wait a few weeks as they said there is a slim chance they’ll get some more. How can you be so disorganised in these day and age and expect to stay in business.
Gutted I miss this
Damn. Was gonna check my local.
Put them away in a keter box. Mine are still pristine
Oh these are much nicer than the korfu range I bought!
I bought the pack with arms for £25 and I'm really impressed. They're sturdy and look great too. Stocked for next summer BBQs. They recommend to oil these and store covered indoors when not in use.
Ooooh thank you will look
We reserved some chairs and loungers yesterday and went in store to collect and there were matching 4 seater and 1 matching 6 seater tables, but these weren't online, so you might get lucky in store. BTW thanks OP ;-)
Thanks. Ordered the ones with the arms and collected yesterday. Good quality for the price. Also picked up cusions to match for £5
Let's see them then?
Reserved some thank you!
Thanks op ordered 4 sets
I paid £4 for these a couple of weeks ago. They were worth the money then so I'll be ordering some more. Thanks OP! 😻
Thanks Op, the wife loves these sort of things so reserved 2 sets. Heat from me.
