Pan Fry Frozen Cook time: 6 min. - 7 min.


Based on a whole bag

Pre-heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

Add prawns to the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat if necessary.

Optional: To create a runnier sauce add 2 tablespoons (30ml) of water 2 minutes into cooking time.

    £2 per 240g bag (£8.33 per kilo) is about right for Vietnamese-farmed King Prawn (Penaeus vannamei). They are grown in unhealthy overcrowded conditions, and pumped with antibiotics to keep them alive long enough to harvest.

    Avoid these if you don't want to risk your health + antibiotic resistant superbugs spreading here in the UK.
