    I've been with 3 for well over 10 years and I feel their coverage and quality has decreased over the years.

    I'm very tempted to leave and go to Lyca/EE as they seem to have some cracking offers and EE are arguably a better provider than 3 (from what I've read and that my other half has EE, which regularly outperforms my 3 coverage).

    I wonder if anyone else has experienced this with 3?

    I went to talk home mobile and reception is non existent indoors and patchy outside(EE) I had a better experience on Smarty before I moved. It totally depends on your area though so you might have a better experience. (edited)

    Thanks OP not a bad deal for unlimited, managed to get 900mbps when in Edinburgh on three. Talk home mobile has been abysmal for the last month while I’ve been supplier hoping to find the best deal.

    They offered unlimited data roaming in the EU up until last year, sad to see that has now gone as used it every year in Spain - now I need to find an alternative.

    I’m on EE 150GB for £24. I’m coming to the end of my two year contract and like yourself use loads of data abroad. I want a cheaper deal but almost all providers now have fair usage abroad. This at 50GB EU roaming isn’t bad but still not enough unfortunately.

    Would not recommend relying on data coverage from Three or Sky, both of them have more customers than their coverage can properly provide for so you'll be getting poor speeds in most areas during peak times.

    I got really excited when I read the title, but now I'm totally put off as soon as I've seen that its from 3

    Major shambles and none stop telesales from them, just to top it right off in the London area you would be very lucky to get any MEGs in central London

    Your mileage may vary depending on where you live/visit. Where I live (East Anglia), O2 and Vodafone are unusable. Regarding the customer service - bear in mind this is with ID Mobile and not Three directly.
