Terrible deals. I'm on 70gb rolling for £10. 1 month rolling. (edited)

Hmm, 54GB for £9 a month looks good on the face of it, however 24 month minimum term? Yeesh.

£1 more for an additional 16GB per month on a 30 day minimum term is arguably better value, and more flexible too.

There’s a deal currently on the ID mobile website..

    12 month contract - 120GB
    First 3 months £6
    Next 9 months £12

Working out to be £10.50 per month. Isn’t this better?

iDmobile lost my friend’s number by deactivating her account then trying to port her number (of 13 years) from Lebara 4 days later to the same deactivated account, cutting her off from her current contract with Lebara. The switch date on the iDmobile contract was not for another 2 weeks!

My friend is housebound with no family and is socially isolated and I am miles away. She had no telephone contact to advise her GP or the hospital that she had no phone number they could call her on for her Telephone Consultations over the next 2 days - they would be met with a dead line. iDmobile logged her as a vulnerable customer but refused even to provide a PAYG service in the interim despite their incompetence leaving her stranded without any way to call for an ambulance if required. Luckily by the end of the following day after being cut off completely by telephone one of her carers turned up and helped her get a 30 day contract on Vodafone so she could contact her doctors, hospitals, pharmacy and other carers. I dread to imagine what would have happened if she fell or fell ill again and nobody had turned up…. She can’t figure out how to do her banking transactions where 2nd line security or 2 factor verification goes to her deactivated phone number.

Every day the iDmobile agents say someone will call her back within 24 to 48 hours. 8 days later still no response to her complaint. You couldn’t pay me to move to iDmobile! (edited)

I had a problem with a port, contact their Twitter team. It was messed up for like 5 data, but they did give me 3 months service free in the end.
