    I would always factor in Costco 5 year warranty when buying a TV, could be valuable over the years

    I've had (still got) two hisense TV's, they were spot on for me as main TV's. For what I paid, picture and sound were great. This time I went with an LG, the UI and system is leagues apart, in operation the LG is just so snappy and fluid.
    Example:- the 2nd hisense one I had, there was no option to delete PVR recordings from an external usb. Strange but true. The first one did.
    They both could share remotes too, and generic ones are cheap as chips, I had half a dozen I could use for them both. There were issues with remotes in our house... Drove me crackers.
    So yeah, spare remotes are super cheap!

    For years hisense was lacking on UI side, Vidaa OS is just crap. Understandable as hisense has to keep price down, yet offering great picture quality panels. Always recommend to buy android box like xiaomi mi box s or nvidia shield or firestick if buy hisense tv. Then you get great picture quality and trouble free up to date app experience. Firestick is relatively cheap and image on old hisense tv will get much better not to mention all smart capabilities.
