I haven't been doing the 'kit' - just using it as I would with Olaplex 3 - with SLS-free clarifying shampoo, towel dry, then spray into damp hair (I used about 15 pumps, didn't want to overdo it). Been really impressed with it, particularly for such a cheap price! (My hair is very thick, straight, easily tangled and past my shoulders - and peroxided to hide the greys ).
