I noticed the box had a rip all the way along the top edge, and I actually expected to find a pack missing, but no, all 6 packs (removed via the rip) were in the box, but 4 packs were damaged as no protection was used, nothing to pack-out the space. SO I put in a call, and was refunded the FULL price of £16.62 to a gift card (by choice) and was told to keep the packs.
