The Factor 6 x 6 ShedThe Factor 6 x 6 garden shed provides a medium size outdoor storage solution for the garden - ideal for everything from garden tools and equipment to furniture, bicycles and ladders.

Wide-opening double doors provide convenient access to contents, while an integral window (which can be located on either side of the shed) and skylight provide ample access for natural light.

There are also air vents to enable air circulation, as well as prevent condensation and build-up of moisture. Complete with two shelves and brackets, while a heavy-duty floor helps to keep wet weather and unwanted pests out.

Designed to be secured with a standard padlock (not included) for peace of mind. Manufactured in durable, weather-resistant plastic with steel reinforcement, the factor 6 x 6 is designed to be virtually maintenance and fade-free. Just an occasional light wash is all that is required to keep it looking like new. The factor 6 x 6 is designed for self-assembly with a limited knowledge of DIY skills.

Build the roof first! Honestly have it complete and ready to put onto the sides straight away as that's what holds it all together.

Couldn't you sit it on bare earth? It has a floor built in

i personally wouldn't. You can buy plastic grid type things for sheds, which is easier and cheaper than a concrete base. Still has to be level though

Great sheds, easy to put up and lasts years! must be on a solid flat, level base, concrete is best

I bet you could pop out that window and convert it into a hatch, use it as a pigeon loft .

They don't need much, just seed, love and a shelf.

How long have you had them? Just wondering how long they last. I keep thinking they look abit flimsy. (edited)

Mines lasted 7 years , still looks great. Had a heavy treadmill in there, no issues with base

These are brilliant, have a slightly smaller model but has lasted years and still going strong.

We are moving house and so tempted although considering adding a shed as part of our garden room build.. can’t decide!

I’ve had mine for 9 years. It’s just like new.

Easy to build but what matters is a solid flat base.

    Are they sturdy?

    Yes

Not sure I would store an open bladed chainsaw on the top shelf though

    Would it hold 3
    adult bikes ?

It will be tight, but not impossible. I'd recommend using upright stands for the bikes which save a bit of space and makes it easier with multiple bikes. I think I bought a couple from Amazon for about £30 each and it made taking the bikes in and out so much easier.

    Ordered the 6 x 5 for £339 last week.
Extra £110 for a foot deeper?

Where is that deal? I can't find this model in 6 x 5 (edited)

I got a metal shed and there is a lot of condensation going on in winter months. All the tools and bike chains get rusty. How are these during winter? Any issues at all?
    NeptunesNemesis's avatar
Only had it a year but had no condensation issues in that time

Are these made in the UK?
