They are quite nice.
I have every reason to believe this is National, like the coronation Earl Grey, but someone could confirm.

    I am sure there is a lot of fat, but there will also be protein, so perfect for anyone on one of those low-carb diets 
     .
    Yes, they may be cheap meats and you could make up a similar platter cheaper, but you'd have to buy a lot more, to make something similar. I guess if you are on a low-carb diet, that would be the way to go.
