If you need a faster stick, expect to pay double or get an SSD + enclosure. This is for convenience and moving the odd file now and again imo. 20MB/s write is more than manageable.
It is actually a bit quicker than OPs
Real-life test writing single 1GB file took 28 seconds which just confirms benchmark results
