Cheap for a reason . Perfect for storage and if you don’t mind waiting.
If speed is your priority then go for sandisk extreme which cost 3-4x more.
    Lowest price right now (edited)

34MB/s is faster than I expected, thought it would be 5-10MB/s

I bought this 7 months ago, tonight I got a "this disk is write protected" error message, now can't add/delete/format the stick so its useless.... avoid!

if it’s stuck in write protect (and you weren’t the one who set it into write protect), it’s dead - flash storage such as sd cards does this to prevent further damage and allow you to backup anything. they enter a read-only state permanently (edited)

What’s this like for getting on a key ring? Would like a big cheap USB, but that’s my deal breaker

As long as it's not a big chunky ring, should be fine.

It's a good deal, but tbh I think the 64gb for £2.99 would be money better spent. Going to buy a couple of those instead.

Paid 3 pounds after getting refund on the last amazon deal posted here ( monster jam truck sent with no packaging and shipping label on the box directly )

Now i have a monster jam lego and a 256gb drive for 13 pounds.

i had to switch it to ntfs to transfer a film and it went at half the speed to write

The 64GB for £2.50 is the ideal, good for OS installs , Linux live USB for recovery, all that good stuff. Just don't expect miracles with write speed
