    Hilarious, isn't it- I mean the emphasis on USB 3.2 gen 1, as if the flash inside can come within a million miles of maxxing the speed of this interface.

    It's a con, people, plain and simple. This is a dead snail slow device, fine for occasional writes and modest reads (which would include most sane video encodes).

    True, personally it's best to just use an external m.2 drive as they are small enough

    If you go to the alternative sellers and order a minimum of two you get them at £4.79 each with free delivery, which is a good deal for non prime buyers as it makes it 2 for £9.58 delivered.

    Can confirm this brand is very slow, but it's also one of the cheapest. Get what you pay for really. Always handy to have a few of these in the drawer.
