I've been looking at a few commuter bikes but this ticks a lot of boxes at the 500 quid mark.
Retail is £1499.99 (bit of a stretch) but 500 is a bit of a bargain for a solid Kona.
Sadly only small left but if this suits then take a look.

sorted byHas a coil fork - not as good as an air one, but takes almost no maintenance.
Kona commuter bikes are usually over-built and easily last 20+ years.
