I had these on subscribe and save a few years ago, I have 5 or 6 of them now, they are very good and work well either cold from the freezer or hot from the microwave depending on your need. Just don't heat them up too much in the microwave as the seams will split. Be sure to heat on short bursts and redistribute the hot gel in-between.

I pulled something in my neck recently in the gym and these were a godsend.

Ordered 2 and alternated between the 2 of them. (edited)

I ripped the patella out of its socket at kickboxing and one of these was already waiting in the freezer at the club. It definitely helped. The cold slowed the damage that occurs over time while you're waiting for medical attention.

Similar issue. I have these, but i also have another brand which came with fabric to wear on head - more practical than having to hold it and you can get on with stuff mid migraine

These are great. I get chronic migraines and they're a godsend - one on the back of the neck, one on the forehead is some of the best immediate relief out there for me. I just keep them in the fridge ready to go.

I've had mine ages and they don't seem to degrade at all despite frequent use.

Generally its best to just assume not unless you know otherwise. Usually a snug fit.
