Ordered this last week after the ebuyer deal was posted by gav_shaw, but went with the dispatched/sold by amazon option instead of ebuyer and it arrived today (was originally due on 22nd). It's now even (slightly) cheaper!
Got it installed as laptop boot drive this aft and getting some good benchmarks from crystaldisk.

sorted byBased on reviews the performance is very good for a DRAMless drive, but reliability (at least from my point of view) is an unknown quantity. Maxio especially doesn't have a good track record in that regard.
Performance matches a lot of the high end DRAM enabled drives (including 4k random r/w) while consuming less power.
Pretty impressive really.
EDIT:
The 4TB fanxiang branded version, the S880, is actually cheaper than this at the moment at £178.49.
