I bought this last time it was on offer and although its good value for money I would not buy it again.
I would definitely pay a bit more for a better model.
The picture is nice but not brilliant and there is quite a bit of light bleed top and bottom.
The worst thing about it is the interface. Its unbelievably slooooow!
Press a button, nothing happens for quite a while, by which time you have pressed other buttons and then it all catches up with itself and goes somewhere you weren't expecting. Its so frustrating you often think that the tv has frozen or not recognised the buttons. My 10 year old LG tv has a more responsive OS than this. My other bugbear is there is no night time sound mode or level equaliser to keep the volume below a certain level. Its often either too quiet or far too loud and every app is different so its a nightmare to keep adjusting the volume up and down. Not many inputs either so if you have a soundbar and a couple of consoles you're going to need a switch.

At this price you're best buying a model from a so called lesser brand than a low end "name" model.

Both Hisense and TCL have rather good and well reviewed QLED sets often going for around this price.

E.g a TCL 55C645K is not going to end up much more expensive.

Only 60hz sadly cheap for a big TV tho (edited)

You don't need above 60Hz exceptbto waste electricticity.

Would anyone recommend getting hold of a Sky Glass TV for this sort of money. I have seen a few sealed knocking around now ?

Same size Sky Glass sealed? That's incredibly cheap.

Sky Glass is an OK tv. Better than this one I'm sure but there are downsides. Size, atmos soundbar is throttled without a subscription, can't cast to it, not 100hz refresh.
