Product description
California’s San Fernando Valley, 1973. Gary Valentine (Cooper Hoffman) is a precocious high schooler and child star who meets - and is immediately besotted with - Alana (Alana Haim), a twenty-something photographer’s assistant trying desperately to find herself.     it’s not totally rubbish, just a bit ‘meh’.
    coming of age stories always seem a bit slow and never really go anywhere.

    Like most of this guys' films . I have a theory that's some films just automatically get rated good because it makes people feel smart . In reality, the films are just boring .

    Paul Thomas Anderson . I liked Punch Drunk Love and Boogie Nights , but the rest of his films are meh . There Will Be Blood is meant to be one of the greatest films ever , but I've tried to watch it 3 times, and the longest I lasted was about 40 minutes before I nodded off .

    I recon if this guy filmed Daniel Day Lewis peeling potatoes, it would still be a highly rated film .
