I have the regular (non-mac) model and was surprised to see it goes for £149.99 RRP now (I'm sure it was a bit cheaper on launch) - the mac version (doesn't have the MS Windows symbols on the keys) is going for £99.99 at Currys, £50 cheaper than the standard model elsewhere.

Product code: 748074
If you don't need a numpad, why not save space with the Mini MX Mechanical? You'll still get a mechanical keyboard's lovely clicky-key quality - but without annoying everyone around you. That's because the Tactile Quiet switches give you the feel of a mechanical without the noise that comes with it. The low profile keys are comfortable to type on, perfect for a long day's work. And with smart illumination, you can burn the midnight oil. Because the backlighting only kicks in when your hands are near, you'll max out your battery life. So, depending on your how nocturnal you are, the battery can last from 15 days up to a whopping 10 months!

Good to know

- The layout is optimised for Mac users - it even works with iPadOS and iOS
- Customise keys, backlighting and flow across multiple devices with Logi Options+
- Easily switch between 3 paired devices using Bluetooth or the Logi Bolt receiver
- Handy USB Type-C quick charging makes it simple to keep the juice topped up

Anyone got one one these? What is the key noise like, like a laptop?

If you're after a quiet typing check out MX Keys, absolutely superb.

That's.... Actually a reasonable price considering the normal membrane MX Keys Mini retails for the same when not on offer.

For most people this is a massive upgrade in type feel. For those why are clinging onto their Poundland wireless keyboards then you already know that this isn't for you.

Anyone spending even a couple of hours a day typing you owe it to your fingers to at least upgrade to one of these.

Id still argue that most people should look into keychron keyboards over the Logitech keyboards. They're far better value, use full size switches and key caps so if anything goes wrong you can repair it yourself easily for pennies. Everything about the Logitech keyboards are anti repair especially if you don't know how to solder.

You can get a hotswap wireless K series board from Keychron for less than this too. All of the switches are pre lubed, as are the stabilisers for the larger keys, so you'll have a much more pleasant typing experience than what the Logitech will provide.

Personally, if you're willing to spend this much on a board then just spend a little bit more and get a Keychron Q1 Pro. You'll never need another keyboard again, and it doubles as a blunt force weapon if anyone intrudes your home.

I agree. Purchased the Keychron K3 Ultraslim with brown switches recently for £84 delivered and it's been a revelation. It has a far slimmer profile than a full sized mechanical version, all switches fully replaceable, has both Bluetooth and usb-c connections, and keycaps for a full Mac customisation if needed.
The Q1 Pro is of course full profile and double the price.

Looks like, but definitely won't feel/type like a mechanical keyboard!

I think these use basically Kailh Low Profile Choc Switches V2. Not bad, and good price.

Bought the dark grey of this one earlier this year, love this keyboard.

Much better than the Anne Pro 2 that I used previously, it's nice because it's from Logitech so you get actual support and things work, but it's still a mechanical keyboard, very happy with it, was always slightly disappointed with my Anne Pro 2 even though it was highly rated at the time and then it broke after 2 years anyway. Vaguely got into "Mechanical" keyboards (IBM Model
    M) a bit ago but quickly reached the conclusion I didn't get on with the "plastic scraping on plastic" feel. Now I use an old early membrane(?) one that weighs about 2Kg.

Membrane with a click would be my keyboard Nirvana but can't be bothered getting into it again.

Bought the full size grey one for work and it's been fantastic. Lovely tactile feel with brown switches but using it is awesome! Highly recommend! (edited)

My experience is that Logitech have good firmware (including Bluetooth stack) but terrible software.
Their G hub is just one giant memory leak on both MacOS and Win10

Just bought one from Amazon. Despite the same product photo on the website, I can confirm it actually comes with a big UK Enter key, and @ on the number 2 key.

It is actually quite nice. Did not expect that. Finding even Brown is too heavy for me now.
