Good luck with getting to London first by train (edited)

You can buy a special ticket to London that links with your Eurostar one. So if you’re delayed by the Uk train your connection is protected and rebooked for free.
I’ve also read before that the CIV type tickets should be off peak prices even at on peak times. I’ve not confirmed it myself yet. (edited)

Remember, only valid on return journeys, and having looked at these journeys recently you have to get in quick unless you want the first train of the day. Don’t remember to add on 90 minutes of check-in time! We ended up booking the ferry from Harwich instead, which saved us a night on a hotel. (edited)

Through Stena direct for the end of June - 'Rail and Sail' is hidden in the website footer, or Google it.

Decent deal for those that can get it ...

Been tracking deals for late jun-early july dates and noticed that most deals on the outward journey are slotted fro the 06:00am departures, which in my case would a pain considering the limited public transport available during those hours
