    Terrible CS, shockingly bad. Also if you experience any issues with your network you may hope it's not a Sunday as they don't work then. Chat BOT useless. Woeful.

    They keep changing the promotional price from the second month onwards eg. I signed up for 89p 6 month deal in 2nd month and got email your card will be charged for 99p

    Looking at the way its going you only get 1 month and then they put the price up....never mind 6 month.....Currently trying to move away with pac code.....hard work and they not providing the code via text. (edited)

    It must be a recurring problem with customer service as I have tried for 5 days to get my bundle added to mysim card with no success apprantley I was given a code number to put in but have never received the code and to date have no service

    I nearly went for this until I discovered they don’t offer WiFi calling which is a deal breaker for me.

    Do not buy, if you have ported out from lycamobile and back in, they will not do the 6 months offer, after a month or 2 will charge you the full price. Customer service of terrible, asked for refund did not do , raised a complaint and no update each time I call. Not the same with Ee network too signal is dropping,
