Was in my B&M today and noticed they had Marston's Pedigree Amber Ale 500ml 4.5% abv, priced at £1.00 per bottle, bargain as they are £2.50 in Morrisons.
UPDATE - This must be National as I was in another B&M store and they have it on the shelves priced at £1.00
I tried this when Morrisons had it at 5 bottles for a fiver over Xmas, and it's really nice stuff. In fact I went back for more several times. In Morrisons it is now back up to its normal price of £2.50 for one bottle (same as Tesco's)
Tasting Notes
It has a fascinating aroma, with a palate of biscuity malt, spicy hops and light fruitiness.
