Whenever this is in store is always seems to have poor seams and massive gaps all over the place as well as be very wobbly

Was just about to say the same. Main body seems ok, but the rest of it is shockingly poor. Materials and fit.

I own it. Piece of sheet. Poor inner tray design. Coal burns extra-fast due to excessive space around. Lever system is thin & made of some soft metal that warped on the first use. Unnecessarily thick cast iron front door and air vent dampers. If you want to use skewers top lid would leave a gap.

Even if you'd want to rework good luck welding on that 1mm steel sheet. Garbage (edited)

Apart from that though, good BBQ?

Heat from me but it's worth mentioning that I can't find this post.
I only came across it when I tried to post it myself, which is probably why it's not gone super hot. I can't even find it when I search Barbecue or Masterbuilt.

I just put mine together in under 2 hours, it's solid AF. The instructions were easy to follow.
I'd suggest anyone with defects or faults take the Barbecue back because this is an absolute beast.
£209 is a meager price for this. I went in to pay the regular price of £270ish
