Ah yes, remove the screen from the device and move it to an app hidden away in your phone. CONVENIENT! SMART! BLUETOOTH ENABLED!

Had a demo of this at a trade show, whole concept is that you can leave it in whilst in your oven/BBQ/smoker etc and you don't have to keep opening and fluctuating the temperature.

is what i currently use £20.24 . has a box you put by the air fryer and you squeeze the wires from that into the air fryer. not as convenient but still good for knowing when burgers are ready! (edited)

Any idea what's the difference in between the 2 models 2x and IT 2x, thanks. The IBT 2x is about £3 more but has 10% off so both will be more or less the same price. Thanks

Edit - I think one is with 2 probs, the other one only with 1 even the picture shows 2.

Do you think it will work with an air fryer, are the cables thick? Thanks (edited)

Be nice if amazon matched. But can't see that happening as it's on sale for £100

I purchased both mine for £60 on Amazon

I have been hoping the meater block 4 probe would drop more than it has on amazon etc, is it possible to get feedback on the app for 4 separate meater plus's
Or would it be better to buy the block?.
    AndriiUA's avatar
I'm in the same boat. I think it's possible to have all 4 separate probes in the app, but the main attractions of meater block are:
    1. Can theoretically work without an app
    2. Connect to WiFi, so no need to be close to the device
    3. 1 charging station for all the probes

That's all I need, WiFi meat thermometer.
Now the CCP will know how rare I like my steak.

These are great. A must for rotisserie chicken on the bbq

I was seriously tempted by this and was going to wait for BF deals but couldn’t justify the price. And got this one which works great in my air fryer and beeps at the temp I set it to.

Great Kit, great price for the plus version. I have the single and multi block. Wouldn't be without them. 🔥

Nice. On my shipping list for my dad for Xmas. Not a Costco member though. I have a wired version for my air fryer with Bluetooth from a box.

Excellent price and brilliant and very useful gadget…I paid more for a then reduced standard version so this is excellent value!
    Voted Hot!

Happy I waited for this price but now the question is do I get 2 so I can use the £10 deal or see if something else takes my fancy in the coming days sales.

Edit: it's £10 voucher when spend £100 so only ordered one. (edited)

Apparently the turkey was cooked after 30mins
The chaps at Meater don't except their probes can go wrong, even with the data graph from my smartphone.Just unlikely I suppose.
    Daryl_Edwards's avatar
Depends on the weight and temp you was cooking at. As long as you probe it with an insta read thermometer to confirm then no worries. I normally have a whole chicken cooked on the kamado in 30mins. Perfect every time and I prove to confirm. Also don’t forget you remove your meat before it’s reached the cooked temperature as it will continue to rise

Do they sell these in store. Will this be cheaper in store? Given I am going this weekend. Hate to turn up and it’s cheaper.
    ALoulie's avatar
Checked with staff at Gateshead store and they don't stock it. Think it's online only. Also usually when available in store it'll have the "also available in store" notice like the TV in this email.

Tests the heat of your meat. Why wouldn’t you want to?

Incredible deal. They never get this cheap!!!
Haters are clueless. Professional chefs use these in some serious restaurants ALL over London.

Somebody posted in the comments a picture of his/hers order on Amazon, £54.40. Not on sale at Amazon now, but it was cheaper there at some point.

Thanks for posting this! Cheapest it's been in a while.

This is weird. It keeps going in and out of stock. Managed to grab one but I had two in my basket and when I went back it was out of stock again. 10 mins later it was available again. Looking now its back in stock this minute so keep reloading page if you want one.
