Have had the Brooks Ghost 14 for a year for casual use / long walks, they are great.
Great post/deal
I've got over 600 Km in an older version of the Brooks Cascadia and like them a lot!
I've just ordered a pair of Cascadia's AND a pair of Puma Deviate Nitro's for £126.45 inc del (thanks to the 10% off code ✅).
The Deviate's are a Carbon Plate fast-train / race shoe (which is unheard of at £65-75!! Some reviewer found they cut-up their heals, which is obviously bad, but I thought I'd take a punt on a pair for tempo and speed workouts!
Cheers, D
P.S. The Puma Velocity Nitro 2's (for around £55) are a nice option for comfortable/easy miles (too sedate for speed workouts).
I've only run 30-40 Km in the pair I got from StartFitness a little while back, but they are on par with the Ghost 14's that I also got around the same time, along with other similar Brooks / Nike 'general mileage' shoes that I've historically ran-in (I run around 2000 Km per year across road and trail!)
