Merlin Malt 725 Steel MTB Frame
The Merlin Malt 725 MTB frame is back better than ever! Our new Malt has completely been redesigned to suit todays riding styles, with 29er wheel fitment and a 67 degree head angle this do-it-all versatile hardtail is a trail centre destroyer, single track ripper and all-round adventure bike. The geometry is best suited for a 120mm travel fork but will happily take up to a 140mm if you wish to tackle more challenging trails.

The frameset is manufactured from 725 CRMO steel tubing which is a lightweight and strong steel alloy that provides a smooth and comfortable ride, while the 29-inch wheels fitment offers excellent rollover capabilities. The hardtail design allows for efficient power transfer and better control on climbs, making it a great choice for cross-country and trail riding.

My genesis tarn frame weighs in at 3.7kg in size medium it’s also a 29er.I remember my 17inch kona Kilauea in 97 made from Columbus cyber weighed less than 2kg stripped I loved that 900 pound bike took me ages to save for it doing my apprenticeship, came with curve brakes and cranks and triple butted project two forks it was a whippet that’s weighed around 23 pound ish, anyhow I’d say these malt frames are bombproof

Is the Malt branding what attracted the "drink responsibly" warning?! Heat for the frame, good price for a 725 frame.

Looks like it's been left locked to a lamppost in Sunderland overnight and that's all that's left
