This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
- 【Smart Plug with Energy Monitor 】- Connected with meross app, where you can monitor real-time and historical power consumption data from your connected electronics and set times and schedules to avoid wasting energy.
- 【Set up Scenes/Routines】 - Customize scenes for all wifi plugs to make your everyday tasks easier and more enjoyable. Create a ‘Good Morning’ routine to turn on coffee machine and bedside lamp, ’Good Night’ to turn off all lights (indoor and outdoor).
- 【Voice and Remote Control 】- Smart plug is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. You can directly control the product through voice commands by saying "Hi Alexa" or "Hey Google, turn on/off Alexa plug". Many devices such as lamps, coffee machines, fans, dehumidifiers can be easily plugged in and controlled with voice commands.
- 【Local control 】- When you are at home, the Meross app prioritizes local control, and your actions will receive quick responses within milliseconds, independent of the internet. Additionally, wifi plug features an ABS fire-retardant housing, an overload protection circuit, and a sliding safety cover design to prevent children from inserting their fingers or other objects.
- 【Easy to Set Up 】- Smart Sockets are compact in size, and work with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, not 5GHz. No hub or bridge is required. Just follow 3 simple steps: plug in, download the Meross app, and add your devices.

sorted byThey refunded the one without hasitating. I remember the refund was £5 so this is not a bad price. (edited)
By looking at it, it seems that its possible to get the data direct from the api with a little reverse engineering and from there you could pipe it to grafana to have a nice little dashboard of energy consumption over time
