The British brand Ultimate Outdoors is also a part of the Blacks Retail Limited family today.

Cancellations and Return Policies

Millet’s returns policy requires you to inform them of your decision to return within 14 days of receipt. You then have another 14 days to return the goods which can be done in a variety of ways. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled within the 14-day period or the goods are faulty.

Statutory UK Distance Selling Regulations allow buyers to return items within 7 days of receipt for a refund including Millets delivery charges. However the buyer will be responsible for the cost of sending the goods back.

You have several options for returning your goods:

To Any Millets Store: You can use the Store Finder to locate the nearest shop to you. Take the goods and dispatch note and you can receive an instant refund or exchange if you paid with a credit or debit card. If you used PayPal, you’ll need to wait until the goods are returned to the distribution centre for processing.

By Collect+:

• Collect+ is available at over 5,800 local stores in the UK. You can find your nearest drop point by entering your town or postcode in the box at the Collect+ homepage.

• Choose Millets from the drop down list of vendors and follow instructions to print a returns label. You then drop the package off at your chosen Collect+ drop point. You’ll get a receipt with code which allows you to track the return online. Please note that Collect+ only handles packages of under 10kg in weight.
