Long time lurker/commenter, first deal.

I'm about to start building a workshop so thought a nail gun would make task a bit quicker. It's a bit niche I know but hopefully this will help some people. Was surprised at the price here compared to PowertoolMate etc who are usually cheapest. FFX seem to have also nearly matched this if you prefer.

I think the Milwaukee is generally considered one of, it not the best of the battery operated nail guns.

They also offer a free gift too (a list you can choose from. I chose a nice rivet gun as I knackered mine not long ago), see final image for list of gifts you can choose.

Check the tear downs on these. Cheaply made. Hardly any parts availability. One hit wonders. Stick to well known paslodes or hiltis who specialise in nail guns. Or just hire them.

I don't know. I've watched loads of gun reviews.. And videos of professional workshop/garden room builders and they all raved about this gun (some swapping from Paslode as they were sick of changing gas). I understand why proper frame builders prefer their Paslode.. These see bloody heavy

For me I can use this to build my workshop and then flog on ebay if need be. I won't lose much over purchase price and that will be a lot cheaper than hiring.

I Don't know much about nail guns though.. Are there many serviceable parts? The parts list seems pretty small compared to their other tools as it's mostly a sealed unit isn't it?

Wow. Just seen price of a Hilti. (edited)

This looks like a great deal. I've got a couple of Milwaukee nail guns and they are absolutely amazing for general woodworking. Can I justify this... No. But do I want it? Absolutely. 😄

Been trying to justify buying a nailer but for the odd job I’m struggling to do so. I’m after one that fires nails of up to 1” and got a 5/8” from ALDI. Okay for butter. Not so good on wood!

Not a bad price. FFX have it for £328 using code CLEARPAY10.

They're coming right down in price now.

They sat at the £500 mark for ages.

Yes only here and FFX seems to be a reasonable price.. Everywhere else is £390ish.
