This deal saves ~£40 and can be used towards buying ram.
Although, how will the bundle price now reflect what may happen when the cheaper mbs drop soon?
The best I have seen in the UK is the ebay discounts before they jack the prices up and if they fulfill the order. If I remember correctly, a few months ago I saw this board for £175, the 7600x for £190, the 7700x for £270 and the 7900x for £350 for a couple of hours before the prices went up. Even then they probably would have cancelled the order anyway. (edited)
AFAIK even an external GPU probably doesn't use more than 10Gbps, and this is an ATX board so your need for an external GPU should be limited...
