    This is pretty good!

    CPU 200
    Mb 220

This deal saves ~£40 and can be used towards buying ram.

Although, how will the bundle price now reflect what may happen when the cheaper mbs drop soon?

Cheaper mbs? When are they due?

Just make sure you update the bios to remove(most likely disable for a bit) the Gigabyte spyware

Could always go Asus instead. I hear they're scorching hot...

I'd rather have the non-X, very little difference in performance for a lot less power.

Not bad. It's a shame we don't get any good bundle deals like they get in the US. Over on Newegg you can get a MSI x670e tomahawk with a 7700x for $485.98 or a 7900x for $558.98. Not to mention the Microcenter bundles with cpu/mobo/ram.

The best I have seen in the UK is the ebay discounts before they jack the prices up and if they fulfill the order. If I remember correctly, a few months ago I saw this board for £175, the 7600x for £190, the 7700x for £270 and the 7900x for £350 for a couple of hours before the prices went up. Even then they probably would have cancelled the order anyway. (edited)

If i could, and i would luv to build a new system, i would go AMD 7000 series, i would be looking to go for the ''AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D/64 GB Ram''. I do like to build in a little longevity in my builds, saying that could even go 16 Core...Oh my, here we go

At least DDR5 seems to have come down a bit lately.

It's a bit strange how the front panel USB is gen 2x2 but the one on the rear is only gen 2, or could that be a mistake in the specs? If the port on my case is only gen 2, then will it work with this board?

No, that was pointed out in a bunch of the reviews. It's definitely a point against but... well, there's not too much that you need 20Gbps throughput for.

AFAIK even an external GPU probably doesn't use more than 10Gbps, and this is an ATX board so your need for an external GPU should be limited...

If only, the price would be £100+ more due to the itx tax
