I think Motorola would sell a lot more if they provided more than 1 OS update and random security patches.

Totally agree. I've got a Moto G31 and still waiting for the Android 12 update that never happened.

Good budget phone. Totally happy with mine. Best thing for me is the picture quality when the camera is set to 9:16 - surprisingly good.

I had one of these and was very happy until I noticed a fault. When on a phone call after a random time ( usually within 20-30 mins ) I could no longer hear the person but they could hear me. This has been reported by multiple users on the Motorola forum from different countries and appears to affect the G23 model too.Luckily i got a full refund from Tesco. Some people sent their phones back to Motorola who claimed to have fixed the problem only for it reoccur . Have you ever noticed this happen ? (edited)

Received this phone as a gift. No complaints so far

Moto used to be the king of the reasonably priced and well supported android phone. They still seem decent for the price when you buy them, but they don't seem to have the longevity any more.
