Tempted to try myself as they have recently updated the booking system so the prices depending on where you sit are different, ranging from £6.99 to £8.99 a ticket at my local (all leather recliner)
Edit: Worked for me , purchased 1 ticket and added the code and it accepted it so I've purchased another, thanks OP My local used to be £4.99 anytime but they refurbedished it and slowly increased the price to £7.99 any time but now it's changed to a tiered price/seating system which can be more expensive, I'll stock up on tickets over the next few months so I really appreciate this

You can purchase through Fever , you get emailed the code then you just redeem that code when you book your cinema tickets whenever that may be , provided it's before 21st October 2022

Fingers crossed, either way I'm happy to pay £4.99 per ticket for my local Vue as the seats are leather recliner and well worth it and as a bonus I managed to snag an odeon ticket from O2 today and have Everything Everywhere All At Once booked for Monday

i think its normally the older ones which have had a newer cinema open near that get this, my local one used to be this but they cheekily ripped out all the seats in lockdown and replaced them all with the next step up so all seats start at £7.99 now (edited)
I use Glasgow Vue, they are fantastic, look at how crap cineworld and odeon seats are.

I've purchased and added them to checkout when booking my local Vue and all worked (didn't confirm booking as I like you are waiting for Thor Love and Thunder ((seen Doctor Strange 2 on Saturday))
Mine used to be, but now the £4,99 seats are the ones at front, the back seats are £5.99 and the VIP obviously more.
No one sits at the front, so naturally we all pay £5.99 now
So you can redeem the codes but not book the tickets.
I bought 6 together and have 6 individual Vue codes which I can hopefully use as I want - so I don't think there's any need to by individually. At least I hope not!
