Both sit at an unhappy performance position for current AAA games, and should be avoided. Both are fine for older games, or eSports games. For the types of games they run well, the faster 3060TI will beat the greater VRAM advantage of the 3060. Advice- save your pennies and get an AMD 16GB 6800 non-XT. It's the current cheapest GPU with a AAA gaming future. A home build system around it will cost little more than this pre-built.
