  • The custom PCB has been engineered with hardened circuits and optimized trace routing for performance and reliability.
  • Take full control with the most recognized and widely used graphics card overclocking software in the world.
  • Two fans and a huge heatsink ensure a cool and quiet experience for you.
  • The award-winning MSI TORX Fan 3.0 design creates high static pressure and pushes the limits of thermal performance.
  • Zero Frozr is the calm before the storm, keeping fans still and maintaining silence until cooling is needed.

TORX FAN 4.0 is based on teamwork, with two fan blade pairs connected to a linked outer ring design that focuses airflow into the updated TRI Frozr two-cooling system. Core Pipes are precisely manufactured heat pipes, with the aim of ensuring maximum contact with the GPU. This distributes heat across the entire heat sink, allowing efficient cooling of the entire graphics card. Stay hidden with the airflow control, which improves airflow dynamics. Deflectors provide extra surface area and direct air to where it is needed for maximum cooling. Wave-curved 2.0 slat edges interfere with undesirable harmonics of the airflow and lead to less noise

Thank you for posting this deal, the card is a very valid option for 1080p gaming at an affordable price, maybe the best option with the caveat of the 8GB against 12GB of memory dilemma for future-proofing (I personally think 8GB should be fine for a few more years with some small sacrifices in graphical settings).

I would just add a couple points:

1 - Awd-it.co.uk has two different models for the same price currently, i.e. the below link is the Asus one:
    awd-it.co.uk/asu…tml
Overclockers also have Asus, plus Sapphire but in pre-order, for the same price.

2 - I can find many detailed reviews for the MSI 6650 "Gaming", but not for this "MECH" model. Looking on the MSI website the only difference seems to be the TORX 3.0 fans design in the MECH model against the 4.0 in the Gaming, most likely not a biggie. (edited)

What happened to the grand GPU price drop that was supposed to happen after the 4060 released? Prices seem exactly the same.

Only reason I visit these articles is to read the Ngreedia bloke's comments.

They stopped making them en mass to create again shortage and keep prices up

    Isn’t RX 7600 better deal around £250?

Got this from Amazon for £220 a couple of weeks ago so not a great price, but a good card

sending it back though because the 6700xt is a bit more future proof at 1440p due to 12gb at £300 from overclockers

Picked this up for £220 in the Amazon deal a couple of weeks ago. Superb upgrade over my 1660 Super, huge difference in games that were struggling on high settings @ 1080p/1200p, and by selling my 1660s it was only a £100 upgrade. Can see it struggling with the next gen of games though, I know on 1080p you don't need ultra texture detail but even on very high it's pushing 8GB. Would try and push for a 7600 if you can, as the FSR3 should help. Also don't expect anything amazing from raytracing this far down the scale.
