*Outlet - Outlet products are products which we’re offering you at a reduced price as they may be returns from other customers or come from discounted ranges. They may not be in their original manufactured condition, however they will have undergone thorough testing before we choose to re-sell them.

They may not be in their original packaging and on occasion we will repackage them ourselves. Although the product’s original manufacturer warranty will no longer apply, an outlet product will still be sold under our money back guarantee.

I agree mines noisy but then it's like 2 minutes I hit the start and walk away it's not as bad if want a respin. Also the prep time it's not like you freeze the container empty. You make up the ice cream base and come back to it after a day. I'll be honest and say I make up a base with the kids that I have often made before then just use the one that's ready frozen. I had almost given up ice-cream as I'm super health conscious and been learning from things like the Zoe health study. Also the book ultra-processed people why we can't stop eating food that isn't food. So now I am eating ice-cream regularly again like when I lived in Italy. Since getting the machine my weight has actually gone down as it's a treat but it's real food. What got me to buy one was my kids left tub of supermarket ice-cream out couple of hours and it didn't melt. I was thinking of just going high quality ice-cream from supermarket that brag about being 70-80% milk and cream but then relised that's still likely 20% of stuff I don't want in my body. Now learning how to make the ice-cream gelato I love.

Really great price. I ordered one. Looks like the unit has been used but probably only once so clean and in good condition. 4 bases freezing and about to use tonight. I'm excited. It's a sad life I have....

Mine arrived yesterday and although the box had been opened, the machine and accessories look new and unused. Froze a tin of pineapple (only had it in juice not syrup, so heated the juice with 1/4 cup of sugar to dissolve it in). I just made it and it came out super smooth on first run through. Wow, very impressed.

FAQ confirms 1 year but probably with QVC only rather than manufacturer.
