Looking at Tesco Groceries App, here are just some stores I found stock showing at, doesn't mean there is but there is a chance. There are many areas and stores I didn't try.

Since my last comment Stroud Superstore, Deysbrook and St Rollox must have either sold their remaining stock or updated their levels. All now showing out of stock. Most likely Bideford and Llandrindod are stolen or lost stock. So, I would say this is an expired deal
I was earlier told to check Northern Irish stores which I forgot and they all now show out of stock though sure some did have stocks, so sorry for these in Northern Ireland who might has missed out on some . Also checked Isle of Man, Isle of White and Scottish islands and all stores showing out of stock too.
John Lewis no longer price match, and Currys don't have this exact product instock, closest is this bundle but they would use the fact it doesn't have the 3 month online with their bundle as a reason not to price match.

Nintendo added bluetooth headphones support to all Switch models V1, V2 (Extended battery, Lite & OLED from September 21).
Internal storage is different, 32GB on all models except for OLED. OLED is 64GB. This doesn't mean anything because you just add a Micro SD anyway.
Battery life between this model and OLED is also the same. nintendo.com/swi…re/
People have done tests and they have been very similar compared.
Speakers are more enhanced and does sound better than V2.
Bigger kickstand is nice, if you use tabletop mode alot.
OLED screen is nicer in handheld mode. If you are going to play docked most of the time, the OLED upgrade is pointless and this V2 is better from a cost perspective. Unless you can get OLED for the same price of course

Update: Went to Tesco on the Coast Road at lunchtime and success; got the last one supposedly. The kids will be happy. (edited)
Admittedly this is a very attractive price but I guess it's likely to be phased out soon in favour of the oled, so might be more deals to come

So now only 1 store with potential to have stock in the whole of the UK (I checked all stores that I could find) so maybe time to expire . As with my last comment likelihood is Tryst Rd and Bideford are likely stolen or lost stock. (edited)
