Absolutely love Outrun, just wish they would port the later entries like Turbo Outrun and Outrunners too, but only ever seems to be the first one. Was hoping Virtua Racing signalled some new Sega arcade ports for Switch but after that M.2 seemed to get a bit lazy and just released the same games they did on the 3DS.

I know you can play them unofficially via mame but they never seem to play as well as these official releases often having overly twitchy control or being stuck in split screen in Outrunners case....

Keep reminding yourself this is SEGA your talking about! They have a treasure trove of IPs and Arcade gems they have been sitting on for decades now and never do anything with them.

This is a must. It's such a good version of Outrun and this is coming from someone that loves emulators.

Agreed got this when i had the switch it ran perfectly, I just wish I could of had the Commadore 64 version of Splash Wave since I grew up listening to that back 3 decades ago (I feel old now)

I can't ever get past the second phase!

I bought this version thanks to this post and there are difficult settings in the options. I never got past the second phase but have now finished it a few times. Great game! Love the vibes!
