This is a good deal for the tablet alone. Note that this is the T21, not the T20 that sometimes gets posted.

The T21 has a 2000 x 1200 pixel IPS screen, and Widevine L1 certification, which means you can watch Netflix in the highest resolution the screen can support, unlike the T20 which was limited to 480p.

Would this be better than the Doro 7030 4G. I want to replace my Dad's old Doro 3G phone.

    Yes

what does this mean "Plus, with two Android OS upgrades"

It means it will have two more iterations of the android operating system upgradable. The Nokia T21 came installed with Android 12. This year it should get Android 13 and then Android 14 next year.

    This or honor x9
    Any advice much appreciated
    Thanks

I'd say the Honor is much better.. You'll probably get better software updates from Nokia though.. But both are budget tablets any way..

I think the deal is now gone I can't see it on their website, the photos show a tablet, but if you add to bag it's just the flip phone

I'm hoping both have snake 🐍 on them , or I'm out

No snake on my work Nokia Android phone. Sad times.

Surely there is a gap in the market for a combo like this. If Nokia produce a dumb phone which has a really good Wi-Fi hotspot to take advantage of cheap 5G deals in places like the UK they could be seen as an alternative to broadband for light users. Some people just want digital for the absolutely necessary.

Voted Hot Mr Switchy. 😏 The flip phone comeback revolution is finally here! Hopefully gives Chinese rip off phones a run for their money! (edited)

Just read the specs on tablet, was going to buy but no charger...some rubbish about the environment! Hey don't make anything then
  11. daniel.millssI4's avatar
Nokia really needs to be releasing tablets with bigger screens.

The flip flop gone sells all day at £39.99 on the bay

Cheapest t21 I can see is about £200 so there’s profit to be had here in a resell split (edited)

Surely the Honor Pad 9X is better than this? 11.5" screen, 120hz.
    markgh's avatar
Hadn't heard of the Honor Pad X9 but it looks like possibly better value in terms of specs. There will be people who trust and prefer Nokia more though.

Hi does this have kids space / parental controls?

The updates should be good on the Tablet

Can you install apps on microSD card on this tablet?
    Paul_S77's avatar
Can't say for definite but it is MUCH better to use the faster internal storage for apps, and then MicroalSD for Media (movies/music/photos etc).

You won't degrade the performance that way

If that flip phone would double as a 4g hotspot, this would be God Mode
