Several flavours from what I saw from chocolate peanut butter, banana And strawberry. (Was another but I can't recall)

Gold Standard 100% Whey provides a blend of high-quality whey protein isolate, concentrate and hydrolysate. Whey protein is a fast-digesting ‘complete’ protein source that contains all essential amino acids, including 5.5g of naturally-occurring branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) and 4g of naturally occurring glutamine and glutamic acid. Gold Standard also has an added enzyme complex, and is low in sugar and fat

My go to powder. Good protein amount per serving, mixes well, tastes good. I use this powder and Alpha Lion supplements. Works well for me

If you are the type of person to need a brand name then suppose it's cheaper than usual. But good quality whey can be had for £10 per kilo as a standard price.

Which one ? I am looking for thanks
Yeah, which one's?

I thought the rule was not to buy cheap protein.
ON is my goto. Mixes well, tastes good and is low in fat & sugar.

Flavourings cost money
£10/kg is outdated, was fine in the days of amino spiking and low quality concentrates (no where near 80% cough cough my p... Cough)

Plus this is a concentrate, iso and hydrolysate blend

Only low cost concentrate iso blend I can think of with premium flavourings and accurate panel would be PER4M Whey Protein at £15 per kg.

Applied Nutrition Diet Whey £13.50 concentrate, iso blend but budget flavourings

Depends if you want quantity of quality

I missed it. Now i have to spend £45(flirt)
Home Bargains do a decent whey for the money. £11 per kilo
People get hung up on the hype and marketing.
The vast majority of your macros should come from whole foods.
Whey is a supplement and the benefits are marginal. That being said it's good to help hit macro targets.

This is the limited nutritional info on back of packet

I can't understand these ninnies and why they have to make arbitrarily weird amounts of whey? Why not just put out a 1kg tub, instead of 908.217574 g of it? Stupid.

Yes but we're not in the 1900's any more. Imperial is just ancient.
