Was tempted to bite now and get a 4060 at these prices, but now thinking about a 4070, but it's such a jump in price. I've been without a GPU since the pandemic and not sure I can wait any longer.

Bought a PS5 and never looked back (already had an XBOX one X). Thinking of getting a Series X for Starfield though.
I did manage to get a GPU eventually, and now have 3090’s in my computers….but I honestly can’t even remember the last time I turned them on. The latest generation of consoles in my opinion have made PC’s even more obsolete as far as dedicated gaming systems. (edited)

Can you imagine how awful it must have been to be an Nvidia employee - put all that hard work and effort to produce a whole range of new products and then as a result of decisions made by the senior team, have all your hard work be universally mocked by the whole of the industry.

I get (before anyone says it) that top tier cards are expensive but amazing but it's such a small percentage of the market.

I wonder if the staff feel ashamed!

I think you'll find that GPUs are a tiny % of their T/O also and it isn't like AMD are offering it up to them either which doesn't help any of us...
