I have heard the ray tracing is not good in the PS5 and they inside they are using the AMD series graphic unit (edited)
3060 would be better in raw GPU power but I suggest checking out some YouTube videos with 3060rtx on to make sure you'd be happy with it as a lot of games run at sub 60fps unless you turn DLSS on.
If not this is a decent deal if in need of one now.
