Just randomly came across Argos selling assorted Pokémon TCG mini tins. Usual price £10 but they are on sale for 2 for £15. Making them £7.50 each, as long as they aren’t the Pokémon Go TCG set it’s a really good deal.

    Argos stuck multiple different sets under one catalogue number meaning you can end up with any set, it could be the latest or many years old, its pot luck, it all depends on how quickly the individual store sells its stock, eventually the newer stuff filters through though.

    Bigger store usually means newer stuff and small town/store can mean older stuff, you can also use it to your advantage if you need older stuff.

    If you want a specific set, its best to go into store if they have them in stock and ask to see themprior to ordering/paying, explain the situation, they are usually ok showing you.

    You only get two packs per tin, so unless you care about coins and the tin itself, there’s better deals to be had

    Pics sadly suggest Pokémon Go are exactly what's on offer, unless Argos are known for supplying different to images?

    I know their £10 Eevee tins were random, but were at least one from the selection

    They do tend to have different sets to the ones pictured. I've ordered some, so will report on what I get. If I get pokemon go I will probably gift them to my nephew who is just getting into pokemon.

    Picked mine up today and revived 6 Crown Zenith mini tins! £3.75 per booster pack of Crown Zenith is fairly good! good luck to everyone who has a go!

    Another update, my 2 local Argos got a fresh restock after selling out over the weekend and I bought 2 more from each store and can again confirm that it is indeed another batch of Crown Zenith.

    just to let people know, this is in the South West (Bath/Brstiol area)
