Is this better than the rx 6700 xt?

The RX 7600 has some feature improvements but for me I look at overall GPU compute and the RX 6700 XT has better GPU performance than the RX 7600. Also the RX 6700 XT has 12GB VRAM and this has 8GB VRAM. So no this isn't better because the longevity of this card is lesser than the 6700 XT due to lower compute and less VRAM.

Techpowerup are more trusted when it comes to benchmaks and results as gpu userbenchmark are extremely bias towards nvidia and intel in their reviews.

    The 6700xt is around 12% ahead + 4gb vram
The ebuyer ebay shop has the 6700xt for £292. I'd only recommend the 6700xt if you're using a 1440p monitor or want some future proofing to your system.
For 1080p this 7600 is a better value option.

Is this deal eligible for Starfield? Ebuyer is one of the eligible companies, but not sure if their ebay store would count?
