Price history shows it’s been this price since the beginning of March and it looks like all the flavours in this range go to £1 quite often so for me, I don’t see it as a deal, sorry. But others obviously do as every time they're listed, they go hot so it’s just down to what individuals count as a good deal which is what HUKD voting is about.

It's probably a S&S special.
People use these £1 items to build up 5+ items on S&S so they can get an extra 5% discount on other things. Whether or not you actually need the £1 items is another matter, it could be false economy imo.
Anyway, as you say, they're often/always £1 so not really a deal.
